The Hiring Process

The process of identification and selection has steps that allow: the evaluation of suitability of the candidate with the values of Quattor; the meeting of the minimum requirements of the positions, as well as ensuring the integrity of the process.

The selection process, used by the Recruiting and Development department, adopts a policy that values the intellectual capital by investing in available internal potential. If there are no internal matches, the position is open to the outside public.
