Quattor Acquires SAP ERP Platform

Implementation will be assisted by Deloitte Consulting.

São Paulo, Brazil – March 31, 2009 - Quattor has just announced the acquisition of SPA ERP platform, the world’s most modern integrated management system. The implementation, which will be assisted by Deloitte Consulting, will allow Quattor to integrate its eleven industrial sites into its headquarters, located in Rio de Janeiro, and its operational base in São Paulo. Additionally, the system will enable the standardization of all the company’s processes and information systems.
“This integration model is already a reality at the largest petrochemical companies in the world and, from now on, it will help us accelerate Quattor’s streamlining process, in addition to contributing to the decision-making process. The result is an even greater enhancement of the solutions we provide to our customers,” says Quattor CEO, Vítor Mallmann. Quattor has decided to streamline their system and information architecture through SAP industry solution implementation for Oil & Gas with SAP ERP 6.0 version, and SAP Business Objects functionalities.
Helio Novaes, Corporate Vice-President, highlights that the accuracy of the information extracted from SAP system is associated to other resulting benefits: “our employees will be directly impacted because they will start to work with the most reliable and accurate tools in terms of integrated management of information. Processes become standardized and routines gain qualitative dynamics,” said Novaes.
