These Centers’ activities include:

The Product and Service Development Centers have transformation equipment (extrusion, injection and blow molding, etc.) to simulate any kind of polyolefin resin transformation process. To achieve its objectives, Quattor has highly qualified professionals and state-of-the-art equipment that is monitored and controlled for calibration and precision. Every year thousands of technical analyses are conducted, always with expediency, quality, reliability and ethics in all services provided.
Quattor also has a Research and Development Center at the ABC site where research generates market innovations. The Center's main activities include:
- Product research and development using new technologies, processes and applications;
- The search for new technological routes and alternative raw materials;
- Continuous improvement and monitoring of the properties of commercial products;
- Research laboratory activities for the synthesis, modification and characterization of polymers, monomers and catalysts;
- Development of new additive suppliers;
- Securing financial resources from development organs (BNDES, FINEP, FAPESP, etc.);
- Quantitative modeling of product properties;
- Development of studies with technology centers, universities and partner companies;
- Tracking of state-of-the-art technology and innovations from major global competitors;
- Tracking of domestic and international regulatory issues;
- Interfacing with potential technology licensors to identify new families of resins and catalysts that might be incorporated into Quattor's manufacturing, etc.
